Adrienne understands that affecting real change in the world starts with affecting change within yourself. She joined the Cleanbody team after witnessing firsthand how integrating a holistic approach to health into daily life transformed her own physical, physiological, mental and emotional well-being. Her mindfulness of how daily stresses of life, pressures at work, and everyday demands take a toll on one’s health enables her to deeply understand the importance of engaging in regular self-care and building a foundation of life-giving habits.

 

After making transformational lifestyle changes of her own through the guidance and care of Dr. Fong, Adrienne decided to become fully engaged in the health & wellness field. Although her treatment with Dr. Fong began on a quest to conceive a child, Dr. Fong's influence had such a profound impact on her life, that it set her on a path of wellness that inspired a career change, & led her down the path she is on today. She acquired certification as a Colon Hydrotherapist and Lymphatic Drainage Therapist through I- ACT (International Association of Colon Therapists) and NBCHT (National Board for Colon HydroTherapy) certified institute, Internal Environment Institute in Santa Monica, CA. Through immersing herself in various healing modalities, she deeply understands that achieving real healing can only be accomplished through healing of the mind, body, and spirit.  

 

Adrienne graduated with a degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from CSU Long Beach, with a double major in Child Development & Family Studies and Family Life Education. Although her experiences throughout the course of her career have varied from non-profit work to finance, her commitment to serving individuals in enhancing their quality of life has remained steadfast. She truly believes in the power of creating personal relationships with her clients, listening intently to their needs, and working closely together toward clients’ goals to inspire real change toward a healthier, fuller life.

 

Adrienne began offering her services at Cleanbody in March 2017. She enjoys working as an integrative team with Dr. Fong and all the staff in empowering clients to work toward healing by putting their own health at the forefront of their lives, and building healthy foundations to feel and be the best version of themselves.

 

Adrienne believes that living a full life means finding balance in all aspects. Engaging in yoga, mindfulness meditation, spending time in nature, dancing and singing helps her to find that balance. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Savate, and daughter, Isabella enjoying the simplicities of life.
