CleanBONES

CleanBONES play a crucial role in providing structural support and facilitating movement, as well as in defense and protection. Understanding the significance of bones in these aspects is vital for maintaining optimal bone health.

Why is it important to have CleanBONES?

  • Structure and Movement: Bones serve as the framework for our bodies, providing structural support. They also enable movement by acting as anchor points for muscles and facilitating joint mobility. Through a process called remodeling, bones continually remove old tissue and form new tissue, ensuring their strength and adaptability. This dynamic remodeling process helps bones withstand physical demands, repair damage, and maintain overall structural integrity.

  • Defense and Protection: One of the crucial functions of bones is to protect vital organs. For example, the skull safeguards the brain, and the ribcage shields the heart and lungs. Additionally, bones act as a protective barrier for the bone marrow, where blood cells are produced. This defense mechanism ensures the vital organs and essential biological processes remain safe from external impacts and injuries.

How does the Cleanbody Method support CleanBONES?

There are three steps in the Cleanbody Method, and all of the steps support CleanBONES.

STEP 1: EVALUATE

It is important for you to evaluate your bone health on a yearly basis with your healthcare practitioner. In our CleanSTART program, we will support you in investigating your skeletal health using lab tests such as Bone Density tests, bone turnover testing, and nutrient testing.

STEP 2: OPTIMIZE

In Step 2 of the Cleanbody Method, we support you in optimizing your Cleanbody Pillars. The following Clean Pillars support CleanBONES:

  • CleanFOOD: Consuming a well-balanced diet that includes nutrient-dense foods is crucial. A balanced diet promotes overall bone health. Excessive alcohol and toxic food consumption negatively impacts bone health. Limiting alcohol and toxic food intake, or ideally avoiding them altogether, promote the strength and health of CleanBONES.

  • CleanFIT: Incorporate weight-bearing exercises like walking, running, dancing, or resistance training into your routine. These activities stimulate bone remodeling, improve bone density, and enhance overall bone strength.

  • CleanENVIRO: Expose yourself to sunlight to naturally synthesize vitamin D in your body. In addition, smoking and other toxins negatively impact bone health. Eliminating these toxins promote the strength and health of CleanBONES.

STEP 3 SUPPORT

In Step 3, we will explore additional supplements and treatments that can provide support in nurturing CleanBONES, if needed. While a balanced diet and lifestyle are key, certain circumstances may benefit from additional interventions, including nutritional supplements, herbs and homeopathy, advanced nutrition plans, supportive treatments, and compounded medications when available for use.
