ECZEMA CONCIERGE
Doctor-Led Care for Complex Eczema/TSW
Eczema Concierge is Cleanbody’s highest level of support — designed for individuals and families who need ongoing physician guidance, close follow-up, and a steady hand through complex eczema healing.
This is not a course or a one-time visit. It’s a medical partnership with Dr. Diane Angela Fong, built for cases that require time, pacing, and continuous adjustment.
WHO ECZEMA CONCIERGE IS FOR

Eczema Concierge is best suited for:
-
Moderate to severe or long-standing eczema
-
Pediatric eczema requiring close oversight
-
Suspected or confirmed Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW)
-
Relapsing symptoms despite diet and lifestyle changes
-
Suspected gut, immune, mold, toxin, or infection involvement
-
Individuals who want consistent medical guidance over time
If your case feels complex, layered, or overwhelming, this level of care is appropriate

HOW ECZEMA CONCIERGE FITS THE CLEANBODY MODEL
Eczema Concierge integrates all three parts of the Cleanbody Method with ongoing physician oversight.
STEP 1: EVALUATE
Understand what’s driving eczema — without guessing
Your Cleanbody Journey begins by investigating the health of your organs and toxin load to understand how we will approach your care.

Comprehensive Health
Assessment
Your first step begins with a detailed evaluation of your organ systems, health history, symptoms, and environment.
This helps us understand your body’s story and pinpoint the root causes of inflammation.
Daily
Journaling
You’ll use our Cleanbody App to track your food, symptoms, sleep, stress, and lifestyle patterns.
This real-time data helps us link your daily habits to flare-ups and healing progress — giving us powerful insights to personalize your plan.
Organ Function
Labs
We use advanced functional testing to assess how well your key systems are performing — including your liver, kidneys, gut, immune system, and hormones. These insights reveal where your body needs support and why inflammation may be occurring.

Organ Burden
Labs
We dig deeper to identify hidden burdens like:
-
Food sensitivities
-
Microbial or fungal imbalances
-
Environmental toxins or mold exposure
-
Heavy metal accumulation
Understanding these burdens allows us to target your exact eczema triggers instead of guessing.
STEP 3: SUPPORT
Target deeper needs while protecting stability
When needed, your care plan may include:

Supplements, Herbs & Homeopathy
Targeted nutrients and natural remedies to reduce inflammation, support detox, and restore balance.
Baths &
Topicals
Soothing baths and carefully chosen topicals calm irritation, balance microbes, and strengthen the skin barrier.
Advanced
Nutrition Plans
Customized meal plans that lower inflammation and provide the nutrients needed for repair.
Supportive
Treatments
Gentle therapies like cryotherapy and colon hydrotherapy or drainage support to enhance detoxification.
Medications
(as needed)
Medications (CA only) only when short-term relief or organ support is needed.

THE ECZEMA CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE

MONTH 1:
INITIAL VISIT & ASSESSMENT
You will meet your Dr. Fong for a 55 minute visit, either virtually or in her office in Menlo Park, CA. She will do a complete assessment of your current health, symptoms, nutrition, and lifestyle behaviors, give you personalized recommendations, and determine if labs may be helpful. Recommendations may include tailored dietary adjustments, specific nutrient intake suggestions, nutritional supplements, and individualized guidance on optimizing the Cleanbody Pillars of Health.

MONTH 2:
PROGRESS & LAB REVIEW
You will meet Dr. Fong twice this month, for a 25 minute visit to check in with your progress and a 55 minute visit to review your lab results, if applicable. Dr. Fong will provide further recommendations based on her assessment, which may include customized Cleanbody Protocols, tailored dietary adjustments, specific nutrient intake suggestions, nutritional supplements, and individualized guidance on optimizing the Cleanbody Pillars of Health.

MONTH 4 AND BEYOND:
REASSESSMENT & NEXT STEPS
You will meet with Dr. Fong to review your progress. She may want to run follow-up labs prior to this visit to assess your progress. Based on your progress and lab results, you and Dr. Fong will determine the best next steps for your Cleanbody journey. You may choose to continue with Eczema Concierge monthly or quarterly, or switch to a visit-to-visit approach, tailored to your specific needs and progress.
START YOUR EDUCATION!
You will receive your Cleanbody Core Education Workbook and access the Eczema Foundation Education and Cleanbody Core Education Modules. Get your Eczema Foundation Education started immediately and the start your Core Education Modules once you receive your Core Education Workbook. You will get access to your Cleanbody App where you will start journaling your food, symptoms, poops, and more so that Dr. Fong can get to know you better!

WEEKLY SUPPORT
During your Eczema Concierge Plan, you’ll use the Cleanbody App each week to journal your symptoms, foods, routines, and progress. Every week, you’ll complete a short Weekly Update Form that highlights your wins, challenges, and questions. Dr. Fong will review your journal and update form, assess your progress, and provide focused feedback so you know exactly what to refine for the week ahead. You’ll also have access to our weekly live Group Support Session, where Dr. Fong and the Cleanbody team answer common questions, provides education, and supports you as you continue your Cleanbody Journey.

MONTH 3:
PROGRESS REVIEW
You will meet with Dr. Fong twice this month to review your progress. Dr. Fong will provide further recommendations based on her assessment and your progress, which may include customized Cleanbody protocols, tailored dietary adjustments, specific nutrient intake suggestions, nutritional supplements, and individualized guidance on optimizing the Cleanbody Pillars of Health.

ACHIEVE CLEANBODY HEALTH!
We will support you until you achieve "Cleanbody Health"—a state of true well-being where you are symptom-free, functioning optimally, and no longer reliant on supplements or medications for optimal health.
You've Already Tried EVERYTHING!
How Is Eczema Concierge Different?

We understand how frustrating and exhausting this journey can feel. Many of the families and adults we work with have already tried countless diets, creams, medications, and protocols — often with only temporary relief. It’s reasonable to question whether anything will truly be different.
The Cleanbody Method was developed by a doctor who has lived this journey herself. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, Eczema Concierge provides ongoing, doctor-led care designed to help you understand why eczema persists and how to support healing in a way that’s paced, personalized, and sustainable.
Our confidence in this approach comes from three core principles:
1) We Look at the Whole Picture — Over Time
Instead of guessing, we evaluate patterns. Through detailed health assessments, journal review, and functional labs when appropriate, we gain a comprehensive view of how your body (or your child’s body) is responding. This allows care to evolve as healing unfolds, rather than relying on isolated snapshots.
2) Care Is Targeted, Not Generic
Recommendations are based on what your body actually needs — not a standard protocol. Nutrition, lifestyle, environmental factors, skin support, and medical considerations are addressed thoughtfully and adjusted as progress is made.
3) You’re Not Doing This Alone
Eczema Concierge is built around continuity and partnership. Your care includes regular doctor visits, weekly review of journals and updates, and consistent guidance so you’re never left wondering what to do next. Healing is rarely linear, and having ongoing support matters.

We want you to feel confident in your investment. If you decide to cancel your Eczema Concierge plan within the first 30 days, we’ll refund your payment minus the cost of any visits or support you’ve already received.

Dr. Diane Angela Fong is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the founder of Cleanbody. She specializes in root-cause care for eczema and inflammatory skin conditions, including Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW). Her approach integrates nutrition, lifestyle, environmental health, nervous system regulation, skin microbiome support, and functional testing to guide long-term healing.
Who is eligible to work with Dr. Fong?
If you live in California or Maine, Dr. Fong is licensed in your state and can provide full naturopathic medical care.
If you live in Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming, Dr. Fong can provide health consultations to guide your Cleanbody journey. In these states, care is educational and supportive in nature and should not replace care from a locally licensed medical provider.
How much does Eczema Concierge cost?
Eczema Concierge is a 4-month doctor-led onboarding program.
Pricing options:
-
$997 per month (4-month minimum)
-
$3,797 pay-in-full, charged at enrollment (covers the full 4 months)
-
A one-time, non-refundable $37 materials fee is added at enrollment.
When is payment charged?
Your first payment is charged at enrollment, which reserves your Concierge spot and initiates onboarding.
If you choose the monthly option:
-
Monthly billing begins one month after your first visit
-
All future charges occur on the same calendar day as your first visit
Example: If your first visit is on January 16:
-

-
February 16: $997

No additional payments occur during the first 4 months
What does the materials fee include?
The $37 materials fee includes your physical Cleanbody Core Education Workbook (mailed to your home) and full access to the Cleanbody Education Modules and journaling system.
How are visits structured during the first 4 months?
Each month of Eczema Concierge includes either one 55-minute visit or two 25-minute visits, depending on what is most appropriate for your needs at that time. Visit length and timing are adjusted to match where you are in the healing process. Care is intentionally flexible — providing deeper visits when insight is needed and shorter visits when steady guidance is most effective.
A typical onboarding flow may look like this:
-
Visit 1 (55 minutes): Comprehensive initial evaluation
A deep review of history, symptoms, triggers, prior treatments, and goals. In some cases, if labs are already clear or clearly indicated, this visit may later function as a deeper re-evaluation instead. -
Visit 2 (25 minutes): Early check-in and implementation support
Guidance to apply initial recommendations, address questions, and support early regulation. -
Visit 3 (55 minutes): Deeper strategy and lab review (when applicable)
A longer visit to review lab results and refine nutrition, lifestyle, skin support, and protocols based on your body’s response. -
Visit 4 (25 minutes): Ongoing monitoring and refinement
-
Visit 5 (25 minutes): Continued guidance and stabilization
-
Visit 6 (25 minutes): 4-month review and reassessment, including lab review when appropriate
Exact timing, sequencing, and visit length may vary slightly based on clinical needs, lab timing, and individual progress.
Do I get a fixed number of visits?
Rather than a rigid visit template, Eczema Concierge provides a flexible visit structure that adapts over time. Each month includes either one longer visit or two shorter visits, depending on what will be most helpful clinically. This approach allows care to remain responsive without rushing or overloading you.
What happens after the first 4 months?
At the end of your onboarding period, you and Dr. Fong will review progress and determine the best next step. Options may include:
-
Continuing monthly Concierge care
-
Transitioning to less frequent or visit-to-visit care
-
Stepping down into a lower-support program if appropriate
Care is always adjusted based on your needs and goals.
How much time should I expect to commit each week?
Most members spend 15–30 minutes per day journaling and implementing recommendations. Some weeks may require additional time when labs are reviewed or care is adjusted. The program is designed to be realistic for busy adults and families.
Is Eczema Concierge appropriate for TSW?
Yes. Eczema Concierge is especially well-suited for individuals and children experiencing Topical Steroid Withdrawal or steroid dependence. TSW requires careful pacing, nervous system regulation, temperature management, and close monitoring. Concierge care provides ongoing guidance to support comfort, safety, and long-term healing.
What if symptoms flare or worsen during healing or TSW?
Temporary increases in redness, dryness, sensitivity, or itch can occur — particularly during TSW. These changes are not ignored or minimized. Care is adjusted in real time to support regulation and stabilization rather than forcing progress.
Will I be told to stop steroids abruptly?
No. Decisions around topical or oral steroids are individualized and collaborative. If steroid reduction is part of your care, it is approached thoughtfully with appropriate support and monitoring.
What if I’m already doing “all the right things”?
Many Concierge members arrive eating clean, avoiding triggers, and using supportive topicals — yet still feel stuck. Concierge care helps identify what matters most for your body right now, so effort is focused where it truly helps.
Will I be given strict diets or rigid protocols?
No. Care is collaborative and adaptive. Recommendations evolve based on your body’s response, preferences, and life stage — especially for children and families.
Is Eczema Concierge appropriate during pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, or infancy?
Yes. Care is always tailored to life stage, with safety prioritized for both parent and child.
Can I participate if I’m also working with other doctors?
Yes. Eczema Concierge can complement existing medical care. Coordination is encouraged, and recommendations are designed to be supportive rather than conflicting.
What if I miss a visit or need to travel?
Life happens. While consistency matters, occasional disruptions are expected. Care is adjusted as needed and resumes when you return.
Does the program include supplements or lab costs?
No. Supplements and labs are not included in the program fee.
How much do supplements typically cost?
Supplement needs vary. Average monthly costs typically range from $200–$500, depending on your personalized plan.
Do I need to do labs?
Labs are not required but may be recommended if they would provide meaningful insight. All lab decisions are collaborative.
How much do labs usually cost?
Initial lab costs typically range from $300–$1,500, paid directly to the laboratory. Some labs may be billable to insurance depending on your plan.
Are visits virtual or in person?
Visits are conducted via Zoom or in person at our Menlo Park, CA office. In-person visits include a $20 facility fee.
Can I use insurance, FSA/HSA, or financing?
Cleanbody is a cash-based practice. We provide insurance superbills in eligible states for certain services, which may be submitted for potential reimbursement. FSA/HSA and financing options are available for qualified individuals.
How does the 30-day refund policy work?
If you cancel within 30 days of enrollment, we will refund the unused portion of your plan minus the value of services already provided.
Does joining Eczema Concierge mean Foundations didn’t work?
Not at all. Healing begins in Foundations. Concierge simply provides more support, not a different goal. Needing additional care reflects complexity — not failure.
