8 WEEKS OF
HEALTH & LAB EVALUATION
Dr. Fong will assess your well-being leading up to your second individual visit. Your daily journals, documenting food intake, bowel movements, sleep, stress, and other health aspects, will be scrutinized. Every Monday, she'll go through the Weekly Update form that you fill out, and reach out via portal messaging to give you her update, support, and assessment for the week. Once your lab results are in, Dr. Fong will analyze them to gain a deeper understanding of your overall health.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS OR JOIN A CLEANCARE PROGRAM
After your evaluation package, you will be an established patient. Moving forward, you can join our CleanCARE or CleanESSENTIALS Memberships to get continued care. Learn more about these memberships here.
VISIT #1: EVALUATION
You will meet Dr. Fong in a 55 minute virtual visit to review your health history and past labs, assess your physical and emotional health, and determine what labs are needed to understand your health.
VISIT #2: LAB REVIEW & PLANNING
You will meet with Dr. Fong in a 55 minute virtual visit where Dr. Fong will review your labs, daily journals, and discuss your customized Cleanbody program.

How much does the package cost?
The Evaluation Package is an investment in your health! There are two options for payment. You can pay $1347/month for two months or $2497 (save $197 with the one time payment).
Does the package cost include supplement and lab costs?
No, the package cost does not include supplement and lab costs because each supplement protocol and lab recommendation is unique to each individual.
How much will I spend on supplements?
Supplement costs are different for every person because everyone will have a different roadmap. Average monthly cost for supplements is between $100 and $300 per month during active treatment.
Do I need to do labs?
No, you do not need to order labs, but the labs recommended by Dr. Fong will help her to make the most informed decision about your Cleanbody Roadmap. Unfortunately, labs are not available in some areas.
How much are the labs?
Here is a cost breakdown of some of the most common labs used by Dr. Fong. The cost for these labs is paid directly to the labs.

Comprehensive Blood Test through Quest or Ulta Labs: Covered by insurance, copay, or up to $290 for out of pocket, includes hormone testing, organ health, Vitamin D levels, lipid panel, glucose levels, autommune testing, etc.

Food and Environmental Allergy: $159, measures allergy IgE response to 150 food and environmental allergens.

Food Intolerance: $159, measures IgG response to 250 commonly consumed foods

Heavy Metal Testing: ranges from $105 to $165, depending on which type of lab done (hair, blood, stool, urine challenge), used to evaluate exposure to potentially toxic elements and wasting of nutrient elements

Environmental Toxins: $288, a toxic non-metal chemical profile that screens for the presence of 173 different toxic chemicals using 18 different metabolites, all from a single urine sample

Am I eligible for this package?
Dr. Fong is a licensed naturopathic physician in the state of California. You must reside in the state of California in order to access this package.
Can I use my insurance or FSA/HSA?
We do not accept insurance at Cleanbody. However, we do provide insurance superbills for patients who live in California. These superbills can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement. We also accept FSA/HSA cards. Learn more about FSA/HSA here.
Are the Visits virtual?
All of the visits are conducted via zoom, so that you can connect with Dr. Fong in the comfort of your own home!
