ECZEMA EVALUATION
Labs + Doctor-Led Evaluation
The Eczema Evaluation is a focused, doctor-led assessment designed to identify likely root contributors to eczema and help you decide what level of support is truly needed next.
This is not a long-term program. It's designed to give you answers and direction.
WHO ECZEMA EVALUATION IS FOR

The Eczema Evaluation is ideal if you:
-
Feel stuck and unsure what’s driving eczema
-
Suspect deeper contributors like gut imbalance, food reactions, mold, toxins, or chronic inflammation
-
Want a professional to review your history, symptoms, and patterns
-
Need guidance on whether labs are necessary — and which ones actually matter
-
Want help deciding between Foundations, Concierge care, or another next step
It’s appropriate for adults, children, and infants.
How This Fits Into the Cleanbody Method
The Eczema Evaluation focuses on Step 1 of the Cleanbody Method: Evaluate. The goal of this phase is clarity and direction, not commitment to long-term care. In this package. During this package, Dr. Fong will assess your eczema and overall health by completing the following:

Comprehensive Health
Assessment
Your first step begins with a detailed evaluation of your organ systems, health history, symptoms, and environment.
This helps us understand your body’s story and pinpoint the root causes of inflammation.
Daily
Journaling Review
You’ll use our Cleanbody App to track your food, symptoms, sleep, stress, and lifestyle patterns.
This real-time data helps us link your daily habits to flare-ups and healing progress — giving us powerful insights to personalize your plan.
Organ Function
Lab Review
We use advanced functional testing to assess how well your key systems are performing — including your liver, kidneys, gut, immune system, and hormones. These insights reveal where your body needs support and why inflammation may be occurring.

Organ Burden
Lab Review
We dig deeper to identify hidden burdens like:
-
Food sensitivities
-
Microbial or fungal imbalances
-
Environmental toxins or mold exposure
-
Heavy metal accumulation
Understanding these burdens allows us to target your exact eczema triggers instead of guessing.
ECZEMA EVALUATION EXPERIENCE
COLLECT LABS, START EDUCATION + JOURNALING
After your Eczema Clarity Visit, Dr. Fong will recommend any initial labs that may be helpful. You’ll complete this testing and begin the Eczema Foundations education, including journaling your symptoms, diet, sleep, and patterns. Dr. Fong will review your journals and lab results ahead of your Evaluation Visit to gain a deeper understanding of your health and guide next steps effectively.

COMPLETE YOUR ECZEMA EVALUATION
Once your labs are in, you’ll meet with Dr. Fong for your Eczema Evaluation Visit. During this visit, Dr. Fong reviews your lab results, journals, and symptom patterns to identify likely root contributors to eczema and assess your overall health. The focus is clarity — understanding what’s driving inflammation and what matters most right now.

ACCESS 1 MONTH OF ECZEMA FOUNDATIONS TIER 1
You’ll receive one month of access to Eczema Foundations in your Eczema Evaluation Package. This gives you immediate support while labs are being completed, including eczema-specific education, journaling tools, and guidance on itch, sleep, topicals, bathing, and healing expectations. This phase helps stabilize symptoms and build a strong foundation before deeper evaluation.

DECIDE YOUR
NEXT STEPS
After your Evaluation, you’ll have a clear understanding of your root causes and best next steps. Some people continue with Eczema Foundations Tier 1 or upgrade to Eczema Foundations Tier 2, others benefit from Eczema Concierge for ongoing doctor-led care, and some choose a more targeted or independent path. There is no pressure — the goal is alignment, confidence, and choosing the level of support that feels right for you.

ACHIEVE CLEAR SKIN
& CLEANBODY HEALTH!
Our goal is for you to achieve Cleanbody Health! This is "true health" where you are symptom-free and functioning optimally, not just free of disease!
You've Already Tried EVERYTHING!
How Do you Know this is Different?

If you’re here, you’ve likely tried creams, diets, supplements, medications, or protocols — and still feel stuck. It’s frustrating, confusing, and exhausting. Questioning whether anything will actually help is completely reasonable.
The Eczema Evaluation is different because it isn’t another treatment plan or set of rules. It’s a doctor-led assessment designed to bring clarity to why eczema keeps returning and what level of support actually makes sense next.
This step is about understanding — not committing to long-term care before you have answers.
1) We Focus on Evaluation, Not Guessing
Instead of trial and error, the Eczema Evaluation looks at your full picture — including symptom patterns, history, steroid exposure, diet, lifestyle, environment, and (when appropriate) lab data. This allows Dr. Fong to identify likely root contributors and help you avoid unnecessary treatments, testing, or restrictions.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about identifying what matters most for your body right now.
2) You Get Professional Guidance — Without Pressure
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Dr. Fong reviews your journals, labs (if ordered), and history ahead of your Evaluation visit so your time together is focused and efficient. You’ll receive clear explanations and honest guidance — without pressure to enroll in additional care.
The goal is confidence and direction, not upselling.
3) You Leave Knowing Your Next Best Step
After your Evaluation, you’ll know whether your next step is building foundations, pursuing ongoing doctor-led care, or taking a more targeted or independent approach. Some people need more support. Others don’t.
There is no “right” answer — only the one that aligns with your needs, capacity, and goals.
